3/4" Tie Rod Kit

Features Grooved Non-Slip Casting and machined for use with four (4) clamps.

Will work for Axle setups with 8 inches of steering travel and up to 50" tires.

8” Stroke x 2.5” Bore 1.5” Rod
  • 1 Ton Application will require a 2.5x8" Ram, running 50" and smaller tires

If running a bigger axle or set up it is recommended to go to the 10” Stroke x 2.5” Bore 1.5” Rod Kit 2.5 Ton Kit or 10” Stroke x 2.5” Bore 1.5” Rod Kit 5 Ton/Meritor Kit

  • Recommended for 2.5 Ton Axles, will also work for 5 Ton, Meritor and other Applications
  • If you are running bigger than 50" tires, please see our 3x11 Steering Kit

3/4" NF threaded ends will work with most Clevis Kits,
Mounts with 3/8” to 10mm hardware (not supplied )

Turns Lock to Lock 2.5x8 with the folowing Orbitals:

  • 125 = 3.3 turns
  • 185 = 2.2 turns
  • 200 = 2.1 turns
  • 230 = 1.8 turns
  • 250 = 1.6 turns
  • 315 = 1.3 turns
  • 370 = 1.1 turns
  • 400 = 1.0 turns
