At Western Canadian Rockwell, we’re proud to be more than just a parts supplier, we’re also a trusted resource for builders, fabricators, and off-road enthusiasts. Many customers reach out to us for advice and guidance on their builds for troubleshooting steering, braking driveline related issues, from selecting the right components to planning complex upgrades. Over the years, these conversations have often built long-term relationships with our customers and resulted in many successful projects.

Project Consultation Service
We now offer hourly Project Consultation for customers wanting to colloborate on their build in depth.

These consultations are ideal if you’re planning a custom project, large-scale upgrade, or complete vehicle build and need expert insight on parts selection, compatibility, and design. We’ll go over your goals, budget, and any technical challenges, providing recommendations to help you get it right the first time.

Our consultation service is billed at $100 CAD per hour (1 hr minimum). If you decide to proceed with a parts order through WCR after your consultation, your consultation fee will be credited toward your purchase.

RFQ For Parts not on Website
Do you have an oddball AxleTech, Meritor, Rockwell, Eaton or Dana Spicer axle you can’t find parts for?

We have an amazing team of suppliers and access to factory build sheets with part numbers for your axles, we also have a combined 20 years of parts experience sourcing hard to find driveline parts!

If you have an ID tag from your axle there is a 99% chance we can track down the parts you require

The fee for this service should you decide to go ahead with the order of parts is applied to your purchase as a credit, refunding you the $100 CAD

If you decided not to go ahead with the order the $100 CAD will be kept on your account as a credit should you decided to go ahead with an order in the future

If we can not source the parts you require the $100 CAD fee will be refunded

*Note if you do not have an ID tag for your axle please do not proceed with the service as there's very little we will be able to do to find you the correct parts
