These are a replacement block off plate for the Axletech 4000 King Pins. If removing the factory steer arms, these will make for a nice clean look to keep the king pins sealed up. They are machined to work with the knuckle dowel pins and can be flipped in any orientation.
These caps are designed to work with the factory hex head caps bolts, except on narrow axletech 4000 axles that have the extra tall steer arm, those bolts will need to be replaced with x4 M20 x 50mm long or you can purchase the hardware kit we have available.
Please note Wide Axletech Axles require a specific plate on the lower king pin, the pin protrudes past the mounting face of the knuckle and requires a block off plate with a recess machined in it.
All other Axletech 4000 variations use the normal flat plate including the upper king pins on the wide Axletech 4000. Also in some applications the spring pin in the axletech 4000 pin may require slight trimming to shorten it slightly, do a dry fit on the cap before bolting it down, sealant is recommended.
Wide Lower will work for all locations on both Narrow and Wide Axletech 4000
Other Plate will only work on Narrow Upper, Lower, and Wide Upper
