This is a dual ram setup for the 5 Ton top load axle

Included in the Stock Knuckle kit:

  • 2x 2.5x10 Single End Cylinders
  • HD Dual Ram Mount
  • XM Tie Rod Kit 1" 
  • **Knuckles are NOT Included

Included in the Aftermarket Knuckle kit:

  • 2x 2.5x10 Single End Cylinders
  • HD Dual Ram Mount
  • XM Tie Rod Kit 1" 
  • Pair of Plate Steel Knuckles with Triple Sheer Arms Welded on

Both cylinders use large 1" through bolts and mount to the axle with a double shear mount for ultimate strength!

The kit also includes a HD tow point in the center of your axle

These kits are available in a high steer setup that allows you to mount the tie rod above the steering cylinder's

We also offer these kits with a HD tie rod option including top of the line 7075 aluminum tie rods! Contact us for pricing!

Lastly we can set this kit up to work with out plate steel knuckles for a triple shear steer arm setup, also with the option to correct your ackerman angle for better steering and handling, not to mention the highest strength knuckle on the market!

This kit is recommended for large tires, heavy vehicles or drivers who are extra hard on their steering parts!

Keep in mind these 2 large cylinders will require a minimum of -8 hydraulic hose and a high output steering pump, also the recommended orbital size for this kit is - 315 cc or 400 cc

Turns Lock to Lock 2.5x10 with the following Orbitals:

  • 125 = 9.6 turns
  • 185 = 6.5 turns
  • 200 = 6.0 turns
  • 230 = 5.3 turns
  • 250 = 4.8 turns
  • 315 = 3.8 turns
  • 370 = 3.3 turns
  • 400 = 3.0 turns

*Note* This kit will require -8 hose and fittings at mimimum. Anything smaller could cause slow steering. An aftermarket pump is also highly recommended
